No Employment Guarantee

Paradise International does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, salary levels, or employer decisions. Employment outcomes depend solely on employers, recruitment partners, and immigration authorities. We provide guidance and coordination services only.

Third-Party Responsibility

We are not responsible for actions, decisions, delays, policy changes, or outcomes from embassies, consulates, employers, recruitment partners, government authorities, visa processing centers, or any third-party entities involved in immigration or employment processes.

By using our services and booking consultations, you expressly consent to receiving communication via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms regarding appointments, updates, service notifications, and follow-ups. This communication may be sent even if you are on "Do Not Disturb" or similar lists.

Your Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Document Authenticity: All documents provided must be genuine and unaltered
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your information complies with all applicable laws

4. Booking & Cancellation

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking
• Booking is not confirmed until payment is received (where applicable)
• You will receive appointment reminders via email and/or SMS

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment
• Rescheduling: Available subject to consultant availability
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeit of fees
• No-Show Policy: Non-attendance without prior notice may result in service suspension

Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for:

• Technical or system failures
• Emergency circumstances
• Verified fraudulent information
• Violation of these terms and conditions

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers
• Prices are displayed in the currency selected
• Payment is due at the time of booking for chargeable services
• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If cancelled 7+ days before appointment
• 50% Refund: If cancelled 2-7 days before appointment
• No Refund: If cancelled within 48 hours of appointment
• No-Show: No refund for non-attendance without cancellation
• Completed Sessions: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted. Rescheduling is permitted subject to consultant availability.

Tax & Additional Charges

• Prices may include applicable taxes based on your location
• International transactions may be subject to additional bank charges
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments

Dispute Resolution

For payment disputes, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and respond to all legitimate disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and recordings, is the property of Paradise International or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Usage Rights

• You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use
• You may NOT reproduce, republish, or redistribute content without permission

Your Content

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to handle all disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services.

Both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts and waive any objection to venue or claims of inconvenient forum.

• Mediation: Parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action
• Arbitration: Disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration if informal resolution fails
