This policy applies to consultancy/service fees charged by Paradise International. Government fees and third-party charges follow their own rules.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation may be free or paid depending on the selected consultation type shown at the time of booking confirmation.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: Available if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the original booking time.
- 50% refund: Available if cancellation happens 24-48 hours before the appointment time.
- No refund: Applies if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before appointment time or in no-show cases.
- Third-party/government fees: Non-refundable once submitted or processed outside our platform.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to slot availability.
- Use cancel_appointment.php or the manage link in your confirmation email to cancel a booking.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- All commitments are confirmed in writing for clarity and audit trail.
Important Clarifications
- Visa approval decisions are made solely by relevant authorities.
- No success fee is charged unless explicitly documented in a written agreement.
- Any exception/override must be approved in writing by management.
