Consultation Fees

A Basic Consultation is free for initial eligibility review. Standard and Priority consultations are paid professional sessions for longer discussion, deeper case review, and detailed planning.

Consultation Refund Policy

• Free Basic Consultation: No fee applies to the initial eligibility call
• Full Refund: Paid consultations cancelled at least 48 hours before appointment time
• 50% Refund: Paid consultations cancelled 24-48 hours before appointment time
• No Refund: Paid consultations cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment time or missed without notice
• Third-Party Fees: Government or partner processing fees remain non-refundable

Cancellation Process

• Use the manage link in your confirmation email or visit cancel_appointment.php
• Free rescheduling may be available up to 24 hours before appointment
• Approved refunds for paid consultations are processed within 5-7 working days

Important Notes

• Government visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted to authorities
• Third-party service fees (translation, notarization, etc.) are non-refundable
• Visa approval is not guaranteed and depends on government assessment
• We provide guidance and support, but final decisions rest with immigration authorities
